Personal Settings: Minimum Notice Period

If you've required a meeting to be scheduled as part of an Alyce Gift, you may want time to prepare. Using your Alyce settings, you can implement a delay from the time an individual accepts a gift and when they are able to grab a spot on your Calendar.

To customize this setting, first open your Personal Settings.

Click on the Settings Tab to open your Calendar and Meeting preferences 

Scroll down to "Minimum Notice Time" and adjust the days or hours of the delay 

Note, if you have a buffer of at least 1 hour, you can be sure to receive an Alyce Assist Email to make meeting prep a breeze!

Be sure to save your settings by clicking the green "Save" button at the bottom of the section. Now you'll always be prepared for meetings.
