Why can I not access Alyce for Chrome at my organization?

Alyce for Chrome won't be for everyone, at least not right away. 

Due to certain technical requirements, or by request of your Alyce admin, Alyce for Chrome may not be available for you to login to at this time.  

If that is the case, you will see this message when you download and attempt to login to the extension:
