Setting up messaging templates for your team(s) is an important part of setting up your Alyce account.
Note: team templates will be accessible to all members of the team. When sending a gift invitation, team members will be able to use team templates, their individual templates, or create a custom message.
To get to your messaging in Alyce:
- Log in to Alyce.com.
- Click on your name/the team name in the top right corner.
- Click “MANAGE TEAMS."
- For whichever team you want to setup, click on the three dots, then click "Edit Team.” This will bring you to your team admin settings.
- Click on "Messaging" and edit the fields. You can use placeholder text to make it easy to customize the message each time you send a message.

- Click “SAVE CHANGES” once complete.
