Can I create an Eloqua campaign which only includes the decision service and does not include the action service?

No, an Eloqua campaign that is integrated with Alyce cannot exist with just the decision service (without the action service).

Can I create an Eloqua campaign which only includes the action service and does not include the decision service?

Yes, an Eloqua campaign that is integrated with Alyce does not require the decision service to be used.

Can multiple Eloqua campaigns reference the same Alyce campaign via the action service?

Yes, multiple Eloqua campaigns can reference the same Alyce campaign via the action service.

Can one Eloqua campaign reference multiple Alyce campaigns via the action service?

No, one Eloqua campaign can only reference one Alyce campaign and therefore only include one action service.

Can one Eloqua campaign include multiple Alyce decision services?

Yes, you may include as many decision services within the same Eloqua campaign as you would like. Note that these will all need to reference the same Alyce 1:Many campaign.

Why is my Alyce campaign not appearing in Eloqua?

The list of Alyce campaigns that are available to choose from in Eloqua is only the list of Alyce 1:Many campaigns which have selected “Eloqua” as the source of the campaign recipients.

Can I specify when I would like to evaluate the Alyce gift status with the Alyce decision service?

Yes. To do this, we recommend utilizing the Eloqua “Wait” step which is available out of the box. You can set the “Wait” step to wait your desired amount of time before the contact would advance to the Alyce decision service step and their Alyce gift status would be evaluated.
