Reporting on Alyce Gifting Performance in HubSpot

Step 1: Go to “Reports” within the “Reports” tab in your HubSpot instance.

Step 2: Click “Create custom report” within HubSpot.

Step 3: Choose the “Custom Report Builder”, ensure that “Contacts” is selected, and click “Next”.

Step 4: Within the list of contact properties, search for “Gift” to see the list of available Alyce contact properties. 

The list of available fields for reporting include:

• Most Recent Gift Alyce Campaign
• Most Recent Gift Claimed Product
• Most Recent Gift Cost (USD)
• Most Recent Gift Create Date
• Most Recent Gift Landing Page
• Most Recent Gift Sent Date
• Most Recent Gift Sent Product
• Most Recent Gift Status
• Most Recent Gift Sent As Name
• Most Recent Gift Sent By Name

Step 5: Drag and drop the Alyce contact properties into the “Configure” column accordingly. When you’re done creating your report, click “Save”.

Congratulations! You have just set up your first HubSpot report using Alyce’s contact properties and are now ready to start reporting on your Alyce gifting performance inside HubSpot!
