Installing the Alyce for RollWorks Integration via HubSpot

The Alyce for RollWorks integration can be connected via Salesforce or HubSpot. Your RollWorks instance will need to be integrated with your Salesforce or HubSpot instance to use the Alyce for RollWorks integration. Please double check that you have completed the RollWorks integration with Salesforce or HubSpot before proceeding with this guide.

Step 1: Go to Organization Settings within your Alyce instance.

Step 2: Within your Organization Settings, find the “Rollworks” integration within the “Automations” section of your Organization Settings and click “Connect”.

Step 3: Expand the “Manage your RollWorks integration via HubSpot” section (if not already expanded), and click “Connect”.

Step 4:Enter your HubSpot credentials and “Login” to your HubSpot instance. 

Next, choose the HubSpot instance that you would like to connect to for the integration and click “Choose Account”.

To confirm that you have installed successfully, you should see a check-mark and “Connected” status next to your RollWorks integration.
