Since Alyce Syncs Gift Data with Salesforce Leads/Contacts Based on Email Address, How are Duplicate Emails Handled?

If two or more CONTACTS or two or more LEADS have the same email address, Alyce considers this a duplicate and will not sync gift data for these records.

If there is a LEAD and a CONTACT with the same email address, Alyce will sync gift data to the CONTACT ONLY by default.
