2023 Gift Invoicing

As of March 1st, the funds from a gifting shortfall or deposit invoice will only be posted to your account after that invoice has been paid.

This change impacts when the amount of your invoice is posted to your account.

Here’s an example to walk you through what this change looks like.

The example below shows how invoicing and posting payments was previously done. As you can see the dashboard balance was not representing the account balance due to us posting the payment when the invoice was created.
