Grant Access to Salesforce to Alyce Support

It may occasionally be beneficial for Alyce Support to have temporary access to your Salesforce instance for troubleshooting. Please discuss this first with Alyce Support and the relevant administrators in your organization. When you are ready to move forward, here are the steps:

  1. In Salesforce, click your profile avatar
  2. Click 'Settings'
  3. Type 'grant' in the Quick Find box
  4. Click the resulting item called 'Grant Account Login Access'
  5. Locate 'Alyce Support' on the right.
  6. Choose an option for how long to enable access.
