What Salesforce Campaign Record Type Does Alyce Use?

Alyce uses the Default Campaign Record Type for the User Profile applied to the integration user in Salesforce. If you need to change its Default Campaign Record Type, here is how in Salesforce:

1. Navigate to Administration Settings

2. Select Users

3. Profiles

4. Select the User Profile that is applied to your Alyce Integration User

5. Navigate to Record Type Settings

6. Find the Campaigns element and click Edit

7. Change the Default Record Type to the desired campaign record type for when Alyce creates a Campaign

8. Click Save

To test, please try creating a campaign in Alyce and see if the associated campaign auto-created in Salesforce is now set to the desired campaign record type.
