I’m a recipient and I didn’t receive my gift - what should I do?

First, have you accepted your gift? Even if you’ve received an email or a box saying that someone has sent you a gift, you still have to accept the gift via the landing page in order to receive it.
- Check your inbox for the gift email
- Click the "View your gift" button
- Follow the prompts to Accept or Exchange your gift, including your shipping address and product size/color if applicable
- Confirm your details to finalize the gift
Alyce offers 3 types of gift cards. These will arrive at different times, depending on the type you've selected.
Instant Gift Cards - You will see a link to receive an instant code. You may need to navigate to a new tab to view this code. If the page does not open, try copying the link and opening it in a different browser.
Emailed Gift Cards - These require a little human effort. If you see the message "Your gift from ____ has been ordered and will arrive at the email address provided below," please give our Purchasing team 1 business day to get this to your email address.
Physical Gift Cards - these are less common in our platform, but you will receive an email that the card is shipping to your mailing address.
