I’m a recipient and I didn’t receive my gift - what should I do?
We’re sorry you haven’t received your gift yet. First, have you accepted your gift? Even if you’ve received an email or a box saying that someone has sent you a gift, you still have to accept the gift via the landing page in order to receive it.
