Delivery to India - Know Your Customer (KYC) Documents
Recipients residing in Indiai may be contacted by the freight carrier’s customs clearance department. Shipments going to India require the recipient to have on file or prepare their KYC (Know Your Customer) documents. If the recipient already has these on file, the shipment will clear without issue.
If the recipient does not already have these on file, the shipment will not be able to clear customs and be delivered until they are provided and are on file.
