Restrict Alyce Dashboard Access

This configuration will restrict non-administrative users from accessing the Alyce dashboard. Their access will be limited to creating and sending gifts exclusively through active Alyce integrations such as Salesforce or Salesloft.

1. Sign in as an Organization Administrator. If you do not see these options in the settings, please contact the Alyce Support Team.
2. Access your settings dashboard by clicking on the gear icon next to your name.
3. Navigate to the Security tab.
4. Click on the "Change" button next to "Alyce website access".
5. Select the second option, "Only team administrators and organization administrators can access the Alyce website. Non-administrative users will still have access to Alyce via any relevant integrations."
6. Save your changes and exit.

With this configuration enabled, all users will still be able to sign into Alyce to update their profiles and personal settings. However, they will not be able to view their gifts or create new gifts from within the Dashboard.
