As part of the Salesforce Installation and Configuration process, there are Alyce components that you will want to ensure are added to your page layouts. This enables your team to get the most out of the integration and all the data that is available to you for us.
If you are working in Salesforce Lightning, please use this set up guide for adding Alyce components.
Note: In order to edit layouts you will need to have the right permissions to do so in your instance of Salesforce. If you are not an admin, please reach out to your Salesforce Admin for guidance.
What Alyce components and information are available to use?

Add "Send Alyce Gift” Button to Contact & Lead Pages
Navigate to “Edit Layout” on your contact page
Navigate to Buttons and find “Send Alyce Gift” button.
Drag "Send Alyce Gift" button into your custom buttons field in the Contact Detail section.
Click Save at the top of the picker box and your contact page should reload.
The "Send Alyce Gift" button should now appear on your contact page. Repeat same process for leads.
Add Related List “Gifts" to Contact, Lead, and Account Pages
Navigate to “Edit Layout” on your contact page.
Navigate to Related Lists and find “Gifts” list.
Drag “Gifts” list into your Related Lists section of the page layout (You may need to scroll down a bit to get to this section depending on how your pages are laid out and how many sections you have before related lists.)
NOTE: Use the wrench icon to access the Related List Properties to:
1) Remove the Salesforce Standard Buttons of "New" and "Change Owner".
2) Add any additional display fields desired (as shown in the screenshot below). Gift Number is the only value shown by default.
Click Save at the top of the picker box and your contact page should reload.
The “Gifts” related list should now appear on your Contact page. Repeat same process for Lead, Account and Campaign page layouts.
Add Visualforce Page “Alyce Gifts” to Campaign Page
Navigate to “Edit Layout” on your campaign page.
Navigate to Visualforce Pages and add a “Section”. Name it “Alyce Gifts”. Click OK.
Find “Alyce - Campaign…” in Visualforce Pages.
Drag “Alyce - Campaign…” into your newly created Alyce Gifts section. (We recommend turning on Scrollbars for this Visualforce page element - click on wrench in top right corner of the Visualforce element to enable.)
Click Save at the top of the picker box and your campaign page should reload.
You should now see the Alyce Gifts campaign connection view as pictured below for your layout.
When a campaign is connected, you will see this message pictured below. For more on how to connect a campaign, please visit this page.
Add Alyce Fields to your Contact and Lead Pages (Optional, but recommended)
Navigate to “Edit Layout” on your contact page.
Navigate to “Fields” and drag a new section into the page. When the box pops up, name it "Alyce Gift Details” and click OK.
Select the Alyce “Most Recent…” fields from the picker as highlighted below and drag them into your newly created Alyce Gift Details section (You may have to scroll right to find the fields depending on how many you have installed in your system). NOTE: These fields should be set to Read Only to avoid any accidental updates to data. Reminder: The Alyce for Salesforce integration is one directional, syncing data from Alyce to Salesforce only.
Click Save at the top of the picker box and your contact page should reload.
You should now see the Alyce Gift Details section on your Contact page. Repeat same steps for Lead page layout.
Add Alyce Fields to your Account Page (Optional, but recommended)
Navigate to "Edit Layout" on your Accounts page.
Navigate to “Fields” and drag a new section into the page. When the box pops up, name it "Alyce Gifts” and click OK.
Select the Alyce fields highlighted below and drag them into your Alyce Gifts Section.

Click “Save” in the top of the picker box and your Account page should reload.
You should now see the new Alyce Gifts section on your Account page.
